Outside Sales
KLIM USA is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative that is currently in the Powersports business and looking to expand their business.
Responsibilities:
- Target, prospect and set up new dealers in assigned territories.
- Sell to and service account base within assigned territory through regularly scheduled product presentations and service calls.
- Solicit and submit account orders for each booking deadline.
- Creating and manage product assortment plans for each assigned account.
- Develop strong relationships with all internal and external customers through effective communication, efficient organizational skills and exceptional follow through.
- Attend sales meetings and industry trade shows relevant to designated territory.
- Review aging report and assist A/R in insuring payment.
Experience and Skills:
- Three plus years overall experience required that included field sales, retail buying, sales business planning or sales business analysis within action sports industry.
- Familiar with territory and accounts within assigned marketplace.
- Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
- Aptitude to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.· Knowledgeable of competitive markets, customer and retail trends.
- Proficient knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet required.
- Suitable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
